Article 13 Users with questions regarding image licensing or usage rules may contact XZphotos via the official website customer service, official WeChat account, or customer service hotline.

Chapter V: Penalties and Warning System (XZphotos Platform Rules Override)

This section overrides the platform's previous tiered penalty rules. All violations are first recorded as a corresponding warning; when warning counts reach the defined thresholds, the system will execute the corresponding ban.

Warning Levels

Warnings are divided into three categories: Minor, Moderate, and Severe. Penalties are accumulated and applied based on warning level.

1. Minor Violations (Minor Warning)

Scenarios:

  1. Incorrect image category, substandard image quality, or improper title format.
  2. Meaningless spam comments, light-rate posting (no harmful intent).
  3. Unintentional breaches of basic platform rules (e.g. accidental actions).
  4. Occasionally using the appeal channel as a casual chat window.

Penalties:

2. Moderate Violations (Moderate Warning)

Scenarios:

  1. Unfriendly or provocative language targeting moderation staff.
  2. Frequent misuse of the appeal channel for casual chat or repeated invalid appeals that cause nuisance.
  3. Posting irrelevant content that disrupts normal platform order.

Penalties:

3. Severe Violations (Severe Warning)

Scenarios:

  1. Insulting moderation staff or using grossly abusive language to attack others.
  2. Repeated verbal abuse, malicious personal attacks, or instigating conflicts.
  3. Maliciously stealing others' photography work or impersonating the platform.
  4. Malicious reporting, deliberate defamation of the platform or staff.
  5. Ignoring prior warnings and persistently repeating violations.

Penalties:

Major Violations

For cases involving leaking sensitive imagery, spreading illegal content, malicious attacks on the platform, or serious infringement, the account may be permanently banned immediately without accumulating warnings; related content will be removed.

Supplementary General Rules

  1. All warning records are permanently archived and used as basis for future penalty decisions. Receiving a warning constitutes acknowledgment of the platform rules.
  2. Insulting moderators is directly classified as a Severe Warning. Abusing the appeal channel for casual chat is counted as a Moderate Warning and is cumulatively penalized.
  3. When violations span multiple levels or multiple violations occur concurrently, the higher-level warning standard will be applied.

The system checks a user's current ban status before applying automatic bans; if a user is already under an active ban, additional automatic bans will not stack. Administrators retain the right to manually intervene—adjust or merge warnings, revoke bans early, or otherwise modify records. Users may appeal according to Article 17.

Article 17 [Appeal Process]

  1. Users who disagree with a review result or penalty may submit an appeal through official channels (e.g. online customer service) within 7 working days after receiving notice or discovering the restriction, and should provide evidence (e.g. proof of originality, authorization) where possible.
  2. XZphotos will review and respond within 15 working days of receiving the appeal. The original penalty remains in effect during the appeal.
  3. If a penalty is found to be incorrect, XZphotos will revoke it and restore the account. If the user is found to have abused the appeal process or provided false information, XZphotos may impose a heavier penalty and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
  4. Appeal limit: Each user has a limited number of appeals (as shown in the user center or appeal page). Submitting an appeal deducts 1; if the appeal is approved, 1 is restored; if rejected, none is restored. When the limit is reached, no further appeals may be submitted until new appeals are available (e.g. monthly reset). Please check your remaining count and these rules before submitting.

Chapter VI: Supplementary Provisions

Article 18 XZphotos is committed to building a top-tier professional aviation imaging community and thanks all photographers and aviation enthusiasts for their support and contributions.

Article 19 The final interpretation of these rules rests with Guangzhou Yunshe Technology Co., Ltd. Changes may be made without further notice.
